SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 Business Days

International Orders

  • 7–21 Business Days depending on destination

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Sacred Cure is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sacred Cure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

✔ Item must be unworn

✔ Item must be unwashed

✔ Item must be in original condition

✔ Item must have original tags attached

✔ Item must be returned in original packaging whenever possible


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.

To request an exchange, contact:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
